In Healing Rites, Katrina creates a sacred space where you can feel safe to unearth and unfurl your true self to enter a deeply regenerative state of being. She listens with her hands, heart and offers healing herbs to honor the fullness of your being, experiences and desires. She works with the physical fluid body (cerebrospinal fluid, fascia), autonomic nervous system, and energy field to engage full mind-body-spirit energetic and fascial unwinding, somatic liberation, emotional release, and nervous system decompression.
*All sessions are fully clothed and are executed with deep respect and full consent to build lasting rapport using a combination of hands-on work, healing energetics, herbal infusions and sound healing.
