Practical Green Witchery workshops are a practice of reclaiming our ability to resource our creative power and response-ability, in order to grow our capacity to meet life with love, wisdom and power.
In these Practical Green Witchery Workshops we focus on being held tenderly in all of our senses and facets by Gaia Sophia with experiential explorations, inquiries, teachings, and nourishing herbal infusions - followed by small nourishing bites together. You’ll leave with the feeling of being touched by grace and take home practical actions you can resource yourself with.

Together we will move and breathe and come into deep presence with our bodies and wholeness, listening within for our deepest knowings and longings and transmuting with fire the thoughts, habits, patterns no longer serving us as we consciously engage support in moving towards our co-creative becoming.

Locating and embracing our full humanity with the reality of Nature and ecology as our guides. Eco-somatic revival is a seven session journey where we reclaim our parts that were not met well in our developmental sequence. We playfully complete the descent into fully inhabiting our bodies, awakening more of the fullness of the gifts of this human life including relationship with the eco-ancestors that still live within us.
Reviving Nervous system frameworks and cosmological maps, breath-work, imaginal journeys and movement practices that will bring this alive within and strengthen our architecture to receive and embody the earth magic we truly are.

Regenerative Energy Hygiene

We must be nourished in order to be response-able. You can reclaim skills to resource, protect, and energetically tend yourself and children. In this two -part workshop (two, two-hour containers) we will actively explore frameworks, principles and exercises to move through life with more engaged power and awareness.
Part I: Our time together in the garden will include teachings, ritual, movement, and multi sensory meditations along with nourishing herbal infusions and small bites.
Part II: We deepen our experience of practical and metaphysical tools to help you locate in your creative power and true responsibility. The second session will build upon the practices and understandings of the first session. The second session culminates in meeting our most important ally and guide — our True Self — in a guided meditation.
