What if we were made for these times? These times that are forcing us to deepen and grow our capacities; to explore orientations and ways of relation that nourish us and the larger web of life? To awaken our magic?

Almost everything in our world right now is designed to push us up and out of our blessed bodies and further distract us from our inherent power. We don't need more 'shoulds' to add to the daily deluge of to-dos or shame and expectation around a 'perfect' diet or exercise routine.

Life requires nourishment. A mother tree nourishes herself so effectively that she can provide nourishment and support to others. The women I work with don't want perfection; we want resilience, we want beauty and we want creative power. And to really feel it.

With creativity, pleasure and connection with the plants, our natural allies, we can reclaim our birthright of multidimensional nourishment and support.

In our hour and a half workshops we focus on being held tenderly in all of our senses and facets by Gaia Sophia with experiential explorations, inquiries, teachings, and nourishing herbal infusions - followed by small nourishing bites together. You’ll leave with the feeling of being touched by grace and take home practical actions you can resource yourself with.
