Herbal Nourishment & Know-How for the Holidays

I’ll share the nitty-gritty details, herbal allies and recipes for how YOU can keep yourself and family well through the cold season, work with coughs, sore throats, mood swings, traveling, flus and booboos. And I’ll have my exclusive apothecary offerings available to fill your medicine cabinet with good medicine and gift your loved ones. This two hour workshop will include multi-sensory learning, tasting and meeting cherished and effective herbal allies and elixirs.

Come to a beautiful ritual space prepared to support you in clarifying and releasing all that you do not want to bring forward into this new year and new cycle! Together we will move and breathe and come into deep presence with our bodies and wholeness, listening within for our deepest knowings and longings and transmuting with fire the thoughts, habits, patterns no longer serving us as we consciously engage support in moving towards our co-creative becoming.

We can and must reclaim skills to resource, protect, and energetically tend ourselves and children. In this two hour workshop we will actively explore frameworks, principles and exercises to move through life with more engaged power and awareness. Our time together in the garden will include teachings, ritual, movement, and multi sensory meditations along with nourishing herbal infusions and small bites.
