I offer tools and orientations to remember how to unclench and allow the feeling of this delicious fullness of life flow within.
Reweaving the physical and spiritual we will play in the garden with the butterflies and fragrant flowers, use our own loving touch to anoint ourselves with herb infused oils, resource in loving felt connection with Mother Earth, and move and reclaim our energy with beautiful embodiment practices.

Eco-Ancestral Reconnection
What if we were never meant to try to do this wild life on our own? What if there’s tremendous support available just waiting for us to actively call upon them?
We humans heal and truly live through relationship.
And we are so much more than simply human. We can reunite our psyche and body with nature and ecology; co-regulating with the earth and more than human ancestors for resource, nourishment and the necessary resilience we are being called to reclaim.
This is an invitation for an embodied shift in cosmology - which shifts our perception- opening the doors to feel much more of what and who we truly are.
Reweaving and nourishing your physical and spiritual being in connection with the more-than-human ecology within and without by engaging multi sensory embodiment practices, regenerative breath work, ritual, cosmology, and guided meditations to connect with your Eco-Ancestral allies.

SHA: Awakening the Heart Womb
A key to beginning to fully embody the united love, wisdom, and power we came her to BE and weave.
My lineage of feminine magicians and priestesses work with the SHA, the heart-womb as the compass rose of our embodied power and being. When the heart can soften and open and the womb let go of the heaviness carried - we feel ecstatic. Its an unclenching.
Our heart is the relational attunement center and the Womb at its deepest level holds the primordial wise instinctive and ecstatic creative energies that have been exiled and suppressed.
When both of these awaken and come into coherence - we have access to the energy, passion and courage to move through our fears and transform in unimaginable ways.
This 2 session Workshop will include embodied meditations, breath work, movement, chanting and imaginal journeys to these centers in our bodies to map and awaken our Sha: Heart-Womb as guides for us.

What IF the so-called 7 ‘Deadly Sins’ are actually distortions of the gifts of the Feminine and the repression of these primal needs makes everything come out sideways?!
Indulging with velvety sensual delight and playfulness - we will question and reclaim these ‘sins’ as gifts and superpowers.
Join me for pattern shifting, thought provoking teachings and delicious embodiment practices culminating in a shared potluck feast of nourishment and delight aka ‘gluttony’ together in the Garden.

Elemental Reconnection
Reclaim and grow your embodied relationship with the elements and how to resource in connection with the organic templates of Creation. Over the course of 4 sessions - one devoted to each element; you can reclaim your felt belonging within the great dance of life and grow your awareness of how the sacred life force energy expresses through you and the mundane world.
Beginning with Water and our relationship to the larger ecology of sentient life. Embodying patterns of life on earth with the Earth element and cycles. Restoring our life force vitality with the Fire element. Cultivating our energy frequency with the Air element.
Culminating with integrating in Ether our symbiotic self, claiming our unique essence and node on the great web of life while feeling rooted into the abundance and wisdom of Creation.

Connecting With The Plants
Reclaiming multidimensional nourishment and ‘right’ relationship.
I bring the medicine of being able to connect with the plants and the earth to bring the feeling of ease and capacity to widen, so that we can bare and hold and be with the great sacred polarities of life.
The plants make all life here on earth possible, everything is dependent upon them and coming into conscious relationship with plants as sentient beings; as elders, teachers and allies helps us to understand and remember how to live in better relationship with LIFE, how to both receive and give in organic reciprocity and be in harmony with the inherent flow and cycles within and without.
Reweaving the physical and spiritual with multi sensory meditations, herbal teas, elixirs, oils, plant smoke and teachings you will be guided in a deepened awareness and relationship with a chosen plant in the Garden Of Reclamation and experience several ways to forge and deepen your bond with a plant. These practical tools go home with you to continue your path of embodied opening to the green nourishing heart at the center of life here on our blessed earth.

Mistressing Our Minds
Contrary to the dominant voice of conditioning, we are NOT stuck with our settings. We can prune the patriarchy and brambles in our minds and fields.
Mistressing Our Minds is the practice of claiming the freedom to choose what is in our mind and how to work with our mind as a powerful ally. We are opening up possibilities and strengthening our power of mind.
Our settings are formed from the cultural comfort zone structure that binds us in what’s possible. Here we engage magical Mind room work to diagnostically see what is present and begin to creatively change our settings.
We do this in a playful and imaginable way, not overthinking, working with our hands and voice. We are not approaching or working in a mundane way, mundane is usually devitalized. We need and engage abundant life force magic for these acts of creation.

In Regenerative Energy Hygiene we will actively explore frameworks, principles and exercises to move through life with more engaged power and awareness. Almost everything in our world right now is designed to push us up and out of our blessed bodies and further distract us from our inherent power. We don't need more 'shoulds' to add to the daily deluge of to-dos or shame and expectation around a 'perfect' diet or exercise routine.
Life requires nourishment. A mother tree nourishes herself so effectively that she can provide nourishment and support to others. The women I work with don't want perfection; we want resilience, we want beauty and we want creative power. And to really feel it.
With creativity, pleasure and connection with the plants, our natural allies, we can reclaim our birthright of multidimensional nourishment and support.
