Playfully explore and deepen your possibilities to cocreate and shape reality (aka witchcraft) working with the Moon - consciously engaging our shared shapeshifting abilities and cyclical magnetism magic.
Every new and full moon we meet in the Garden for enchantment, spell craft, reflection, remembrance, embodiment, and awakening together.
You will take home and continue to weave your Moon Magic - cultivating and transforming your relationship with time, agency, magical possibility, the pulsing Web of Life, and your true place within it all.

Herbal Nourishment + Know-How
I’ll share the nitty-gritty details, herbal allies and recipes for how YOU can keep yourself and family well through the cold season, work with coughs, sore throats, mood swings, traveling, flus and booboos. And I’ll have my exclusive apothecary offerings available to fill your medicine cabinet with good medicine and gift your loved ones. This two hour workshop will include multi-sensory learning, tasting and meeting cherished and effective herbal allies and elixirs.
Regenerative Energy Hygiene
We can and must reclaim skills to resource, protect, and energetically tend ourselves. In Regenerative Energy Hygiene we will actively explore frameworks, principles and exercises to move through life with more engaged power and awareness. Reweaving the physical and spiritual with beautiful embodiment practices, regenerative breath work, ritual, movement, and multi sensory meditations enlivening Your grounded felt connection with your Self, your Power and the Love at the center of Life.

Almost everything in our world right now is designed to push us up and out of our blessed bodies and further distract us from our inherent power. We don't need more 'shoulds' to add to the daily deluge of to-dos or shame and expectation around a 'perfect' diet, routine, anything.
Life requires nourishment. A mother tree nourishes herself so effectively that she can provide nourishment and support to others. The women I work with don't want BS perfection; we want resilience, we want beauty and we want creative power. And to really feel it.
Growing our true response-ability; which includes nervous system capacity, awareness and perceptual capabilities, guardianship, agency, creative power and regenerative energy hygiene.
