Katrina Umber is a Garden Mistress pruning the patriarchy to help women reclaim the full bloom of their sensual nature and co-creative power. 

Katrina is a mistress of Mother Nature. Harvesting directly From her own urban garden oasis in the heart of Los Angeles, she crafts herbal remedies, heals bodies inside and out and co-creates gardens that benefit all living beings in the area. Being a Garden Mistress of both inner and outer gardens, she understands that we need focused attention on pruning and weeding and tending and cultivating for a beautiful garden to flourish.

Katrina has integrated the many facets and roles of her own life to create Garden of Reclamation. She is a cranio-sacral healer, herbalist, artist, mother, wife, friend, daughter, community member, green witch and gardener. She is a woman who has healed herself from within, who has unbound decades of illness/dis-ease and generations of conditioning. Her earth-honoring and Divine Feminine centered practice has blossomed from a life-long devotion to the Path of Sophia.

Garden Of Reclamation stems from Katrina’s professional mastery and her lived experience, having personally benefited from herbal medicines used to support her and her baby through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Through cranial and polarity therapy she found her own somatic liberation and healing from ulcerative colitis and chronic whiplash pain. Now she shares that healing with her community through integrative, multidimensional healing work through her personalized Healing Rites and group workshops. 

Using her deeply rooted, multi-disciplinary healing skills and the magically creative touch that only an artist and  green witch possesses, she takes pleasure in the empowered capacity to nourish and support her own family and her community.
