I weave craniosacral therapy, with healing herbal remedies, and the wisdom of somatics, supported by powerful ritual art and ancestral wisdom.

A perfect introductory 3 session container for those feeling overwhelmed or ‘lost at sea’. Guiding and supporting your reclamation of resource and coherence to thrive again and become capable of the transformation and awakening you desire.
